I ordered something about a month ago but still have to receive it:
Please email store@savedarfur.org. It will most likely be due to a credit card decline. Please note that the billing address you enter MUST match the address on file with your bank/credit company exactly, initials, periods and spaces included, due to security reasons. To ensure that it is a perfect match, we recommend copying the address directly off of your statement. It could also be lost in the mail. Whatever it is, our Merchandise Team will find out and help you get your merchandise!
What happens if something is on backorder?
If any of your items are on backorder, they will ship separately. You'll receive another email confirmation when those items have shipped. Don't worry - you won't be charged for these items until they are shipped. Although you may be charged twice in case of a back-order, note that you will not be charged more if your items ship separately, as the first charge always includes the shipping costs for the whole order. In other words, your card may be charged twice (or however many times it takes to get all of your merchandise shipped) but the first charge always includes whatever merchandise is available plus the shipping cost. Every charge after that will just be for whatever merchandise is shipping out separately.
Do you accept giftcards?
No.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
If you want to ship to a P.O. Box, you must choose the US Postal Service (USPS) as your shipping method.
How can I exchange/return items?
There are no returns, no exchanges,
no exceptions for any items in The Connection
line. The items are custom made.
What is the usual shipping time?
All merchandise usually takes 7-10 days to ship, unless you specify 2nd day air when ordering, which will be faster but also more expensive. Processing time for orders is usually 1-2 business days, and possibly a few days longer during holiday periods. Finally, items that are not currently in stock can take up to two weeks longer.
